(As many rounds as possible)

The Following Steel Mace Exercises & Reps: Lunge to Joust 10/10
Grave Diggers 10/10
Skaters 10
Fighter Strikes 10

With little to no rest.
If you have to rest :30 second breaks.
Keep that heart rate up!
