  • Level 2 – 4-5 Rounds
  • Level 3 – 6-8 Rounds

360 Swing to Squat 1:00 Minute

REST :30

Seconds Switch Lunges 1:00 Minute

REST :30 Seconds

Tripods 1:00 Minute

REST :30 Seconds
