Why do you require a coaching application?

I require a coaching application to make sure we’re the right fit before we start working together. My coaching is highly personalized, and I want to make sure I can truly help you reach your goals. The application helps me understand where you’re at, what you need, and if my coaching style aligns with what you’re looking for.

It also ensures that those who apply are serious about making a change, so we can both be fully committed to the process. This isn’t about jumping on a sales call—it’s about making sure you get the best possible support for your journey!

What Happens After Coaching Application?

After you submit your coaching application, please allow 1-2 days for me to follow up via email.

If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a link to schedule a 30-minute breakthrough session. This call is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your goals, answer any questions, and get you enrolled so you can start your coaching journey!

Are there any contracts or commitments?

Yes and no—it depends on the option you choose!

All the details are in the pricing tables above, and I’ll walk you through everything during our breakthrough session after you complete the application process.

How does Mobile Personal Training Work?

We can dive deeper into this during your breakthrough session after the application process.

For now, mobile personal training is available exclusively for women seeking an alternative to the gym environment—I come to you for 12 sessions per month / 3 sessions per week. 

The mobile service is available in Yuma,AZ area only. And your home must have an open and distraction free space to train.

This service requires an additional part of the application, along with a valid ID or driver’s license on file for safety purposes.

How Often Can I Talk To You for Support?

With either coaching option on this page, you can message me anytime, anywhere through the app. Just start a chat, and I’ll get back to you within a few minutes or hours.

You can send text, voice, or video messages—whatever works best for you!

When Can I expect to See Results?

It all depends on your goals, but everyone’s body, mind, and spirit are different, so we have to take that into account.

In general, most people start seeing results within 3-6 months, but for a full transformation, up to 12 months is a solid timeframe.

Will You Create a Meal Plan For Me That I can Follow?

I don’t create strict meal plans, but as a Nutrition Coach, what I do provide is guidance and support to help you build sustainable eating habits that work for you.

Instead of handing you a rigid plan, I’ll coach you on how to make realistic, balanced food choices that fit your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. We’ll focus on habit-based nutrition, so you can learn to fuel your body without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.

That means we’ll cover things like:
✔ How to structure your meals for energy and recovery
✔ Mindful eating strategies to improve your relationship with food
✔ Making adjustments based on how your body feels and responds
✔ Creating a flexible approach that works long-term

So, rather than following a generic plan, you’ll gain the tools and knowledge to make the best choices for yourself—anytime, anywhere.

What type of Equipment will you use in my programming?

I tailor every fitness program to fit your needs, incorporating any equipment you have or want to use. The focus will always be on functional training—building strength, mobility, and resilience to support your daily life and overall well-being.

For the Women’s Only Mobile Services, I bring a variety of equipment with me. We’ll go over the details during your breakthrough session.

What are the Zoom Coaching Sessions For?

The Zoom coaching sessions are your dedicated time to check in, ask questions, and get the guidance you need. Whether it’s technique feedback, mindset coaching, nutrition support, or just staying accountable, these sessions are all about making sure you’re on track and getting the most out of your program. It’s also a great way to connect, troubleshoot any challenges, and keep building momentum toward your goals!

Will There Be Video Demos for the Workouts?

Yes! Your program in the app includes detailed instructions, coach notes, and video demos to guide you every step of the way.

Can you train me at the gym I attend?

Unfortunately, I don’t offer personal training at any local gyms in Yuma, as that’s typically not allowed by the gyms themselves. I focus on online coaching and mobile at-home personal training instead.
